Server with more than 16 players

i don't know how and i don't know why but PK_hard has at sometimes more than 16 players lately, i have seen up to 19/16 on there server i am not sure if its a bug or just how there running there server but figured you should get a heads up

Server administrators are able to get into a full server with their password even if the server is full, as it will ignore the limit.
