Leeching in a game isnt a bad thing as long as the person at least tries to help. If Woody wasnt helping he still isnt doing anything worthy of a report. If a player is AFK for an amount of time cal for an admin to kick from the game

Yes. Because it is a game, all are fun and want to play.
Your act insults other serious players.

I often saw that he went leeching other than this server.

Being inactive on a server and leeching xp is hated by all players. If you are inactive on purpose or for long periods of time, your team will not exactly enjoy your presence. It is rude and unfair to your to be inactive and not help while others are working hard to pass the waves and get xp. This includes when you are eating! We fully appreciate that everyone must eat, but take a break, enjoy your food, and don't stand afk on a server.

Leeching consists of not actively contributing to resist the Nord Invasion. It doesn't matter what class you are or what level, you MUST in a reasonable way contribute to help the team. This is a subjective and objective test. The key matter here will be what is reasonable for you given your level and experience.
