Trading when you're in the house

So how does trading work when you're in the house, and you're the lowest rank. What if you needed to trade but you can't invite somebody to your house. Or if you're a low ranking member you can still invite people for trade. How does that work in favor of trading?

You can invite everyone in your house for trading, no matter what rank you are. If you need to invite Someone that is not in the house ask your leader to invite him to your house. He will need to leave his old house and join your house.

Most people just make their own houses for trading and house crafting.
