Hi guys, first off, what phones and what android versions are you running. We are using a couple off security features as part of our SSL setup that older android versions may not support.
Secondly, have you tried using the chrome browser from google play instead of the stock browser?
Let me know and then we can see how to proceed.

Issues resolving https pages on Android are most likely caused by your providers APN profile.
If you can't load the page on your mobile data connection (3G/4G), try to load it when you are connected to WiFi access point.
When it works over WiFi the issue is the in the APN profile settings. Disable your APN's Proxy & Port to resolve the issue.
