As i'm pretty bad in english, i can't really argue on this topic and i think some people have already says what i think about kiting better than me.
Btw i also agree what winter said " it is just changing up the maps to keep the game a little more fresh and exciting" but to clear up something about Swadian overgrown and Old shire, i just don't understand why you put only 1 wall on these maps as update? (if it's not for nerf kiting)

Another thing : "It isn't like kiting is impossible now, the maps and kiting paths have just changed around a bit.  The easier ones become more difficult, the harder ones become easier "
Can you please tell me which maps are you talking about ?

heres a few example: overgrown, wooden walls blocking map in half. offshore with invisible walls near the walls you used to jump over. outskirts with walls all over and fences. old shire with barrels blocking the way... want me to go on?

Well I mean to keep it with your argument these "map changes" also destroy team play. You cannot jump over some invisible walls which saved some runs, like the invisible wall on Offshore or Praven. I mean if the whole team was dead you still had the chance to jump down with your tome and save the whole run. But I saw a few teams wiping due to these walls blocking the way down and run outside.
So map changes do not only effect kiting, but also team play.
So I agree with Winter in that point changes are needed, because the game becomes monotonous otherwise, but the map fixes should not just block some ways and leave the rest as it was

I think the new Map changes wasn't needed cause now, how Tarrod already said cading is getting on a few Maps not nice aswell.

Pretty sure none of the maps became easier.  There are some where kiting is still possible but it seems as though the only changes were nerfs.

You're totally right! As an infantry these map changes made it harder for everyone, not only for rangers. Invisible walls and other stuff restrict my freedom to run, I love big maps and freedom. Also someone said that we could used to go that church in Offshore, I wish I had played those days.
