Traders Valley spawn glitch

Im pretty sure the maps called that

So i just made my xbow and when i spawn in this happens
When i tried to move, my guy kinda twitches around and i couldn't get out.
The nords can also still hit you from there.

Anyway, just in case i got the map name wrong, its the one in a valley and you cade inside a cave.  Theres also a ton of skelingtons outside in the valley, and knocked over carts
