use the autoupdater to try and get the missing files, if that doesnt work its most likely some1 using a banner for another mod

This might not be because the mod. This error often happen when a player join without banner (See it as a persistent character used in different mods who don't use banners).

This has nothing to do with banners, else a other error would have popped up (invalid mesh id etc.). I think this is fixable by updating your game
