New Key or something (?)

I'm not 100% if I've got a new key or not which is affecting me but when I log into Nord Invasion's site it's 100% fine and then when I go into game with a character with the same name as my main that's lvl 39 I go into game with the boots and short sword crap that you get before you activate anything

Id is 17737 for that character

Would appreciate any help.
