Sometimes these bots spawn without any armor and weapon.
As free as an eagle in the sky...

I'll save the devs the trouble this time I guess.
Bots do that sometimes, apparently no one knows why and the devs can('t) fix it. Just wait them out, they'll change back probably when the server is restarted. Use the forum search as well my friend, there are plenty of threads that are asking similar questions, I understand you're probably new, but it's a known bug (feature.)

Yeah sometimes all bots spawn without armour.
It's one of the pixies on Nord Invasion which will has been here a while. I think Worm calls them bonus rounds.
