For me crossbow is useless, since u can't put your leg to that ring while loading because of these spikes. Anyways nice work.

What's up with the angle on the straps?  It seems like you would be holding it diagonally from that modal.

In Blender, when you export the Blender model to import to OpenBRF and put it in the game, the shield has to be diagonal. You have to do this because that's how Warband handles shields - they have to be diagonal, inbetween the X and Y axis but also not facing one of those axis. This also means that the straps have to be going along the Y axis to go along the arm for when OpenBRF mounts it on the left arm/hand.
