sorry, but if "the normal way" doesn't work, i don't know what you can do.
i had the same problem months before, i think there must be a post in the forum till today...
look at NordInvasion Forum » NordInvasion » Bugs & Features » Bugs » House Problems and write to birdtalon or another admin to fix the problem, that's all i can do for you at the moment :-\.
