As the title says, what would be a reasonable price to charge for that item?

Really it 14 armor so you get the same armor as Halfplate/H-trans + Defender Gauntlets/Steel Gauntlets vs Trans + Studded Gauntlets.

Add that Xbow and Halberdier can use them they should be more than Halfplate/H-trans

When Woody is right, he is definitely right. For how cheap they are sold gauntlets are the best way to improve your body armor
