Seems like server lags on wave 20 of hard and ragnarok, everyone getting massive ping and game becomes barely playable:

I have updated a core service on the NA servers.  Let me know if it improved stability, hurt it, or did not affect it at all.

There seems to be a server side script issue, it'll be fixed as soon as possible.
