I think item prices should be judged in a poll every day or two for uncertain items, if you just take just one person's word it will allow a select few to pretty much dictate the prices on legendaries. I can already see people saying "but the legendary thread says blank is worth blank" when buying items.

Just take an item ie: Swadia's wrath and set the polls for:
6m
8m
10m
12m
14m 
ect

then take the mean of scores and average it out.

Royal Winged Helmet has 73 armor same as Valsgarde, I would think the helmet would be worth at least 25 mil, the only difference is weight and RG only.

At least I brought mine for 25 mil and sources suggest others have been sold for the same.
