Recommend thinning out the far trees to reduce lag.
I also suggest you keep working on the top keep section and add a lower area, still a bit plain in those spots.

Also, I suggest expanding the "top ring" of the keep, size to allow for more space to move around.

This map has a ton of potential. I like what you have done with it so far, but I would add some more objects and variety in the fort.
