i like in Canada and usually get 40 ping but right now the na servers are giving me 200 + ping while the eu servers are fine. On eu i usually get 150 or so and i am still getting the right ping on eu.
I wanted to know if it is server problem because this happened to me today

Try flushing your DNS (Google is your friend) and restarting your router.
Since this isn't entirely an us problem I'm marking this as closed, feel free to post results.
