he is trying to attach to the server hard and respie oneself naked unarmed and without the armour.

At our event yesterday evening it even happened that you only had parts of your equipment being spawned in e.g. naked archer with gauntlets and arrows, but without bow. Tho not everyone was affected by that. Some even lost all their skills, so that we almost wiped at Followers

To fix it go spec and go in again, worked for me!

The website seems to have been running a bit slow recently. Until we can clear it up, I would suggest waiting a moment before choosing to join Swadia. That will give the game more time to load your gear.
