Donation problem

I'm not sure if this is the right area for this or not, but...


I donated €5, and sent the email with all the right information, but it's been almost a week, and still no donator 'perks' or anything. I'm just confused. Any help?

Can you give us your e-mail that you used to make donation, receipt code or your real name.
This way we know for sure that you have donated.
