3. Disciplined
4. Kind to others
5. English speaking
6. Mature behaviour
7. Multiple house memberships accepted (not of the same char)

Details:
-Very strict leadership
-No Democracy
-Clear structures and ranking
-No show offs
-No events
-Regular meetings on Deathmatch
-Kicks from the house after 1 warning

How to earn the kick:
-Double Peeking
-Standing in one line behind other ranged people while shooting
-Rude language, imature behaviour, other freak outs

How to earn promotions:
-Leaving the kills to others while backing up the team
-Being kind in language and behaviour
-Helping out others
-Being provident and surviving because of it
