Birthday Double XP

All of you guys has 1 time in the year your birthday, What about you can oder a Double Xp for your birthday (only at that day and only for your characters) The Devs make a new Thread where you can post 1 day before your Birthday and you can get for that day the double xp  Or Double Xp and Double Loot Chance or something like that
Then is the Chance higher to get a Legendary at your Birthday as Present

id just chose a random day where I have free time to have that increased xp and not on my birthday when I already have no time anyway

Also I highly doubt this would work at all because the dev's have no way of knowing if it's your Birthday or not
For my part I would like to see if we could get double XP for the change of the season
That or once every three mouths for a weekend
Then you could still do stuff for the Holidays but for time's like this without anything for a long time you could still get it

Note that this is just me and I have heard nothing for the dev's on this
