Hi, i'm back from like half year without playing ni, now i'm trying to log but i have nothing, so i went in ts and an admin said that i'm using another steam account (Not true) now they said i have to report that problem here. my ID character of the main one is this: Character ID: 2460631.
tell me what i have to do next thank you.

When searching your name, 2 accounts popped up, this indicated that 2 Warband keys have been used.

What you could do is request an account transfer, this will transfer all your characters on your old account to the new one.
What we need then is your old character ID and your new character ID.
