I assume you mean the chance to match at least one number, and that's just the complement of matching zero numbers (1 - 8^4/9^4), or ~37.57%

Update:
So that everyone can be sure, that i cant scam you i will ask some impartial devs (maybe Kaasovic, Irish pm me if intrested), that they will keep the lucky numbers for thursday and saturday, which i will send them every monday. Also it would be nice if they would check my char from time to time if the money is still there. 

If you want lower or higher win chances i can start a poll.

Also i thought maybe we need a starter pot to test the system, that means you only pay 10k in.

Just remember to take the mean of the scores and average it out.
