Official [EU] Halloween Event 31.10.2018

Is this going to be a Halloween-event like we had last year or is it a typical event you're hosting every week but this time on Halloween? Cause it depends wheather I join or not. I'd like a special Halloween thingi other than joining a typical rag event on the end of that day.
