		I have access to my account page and all that, but all my houses are bankrupt, and I can't seem to get into a server. It gives me a code. Probably due to a new Steam account? Can I get some help to fix these issues and get going again?

		So, new steam account means new CD-Key for warband, your Ni account characters will only work if you join with the old CD-Key, or if you request a transfer from Naozumi, which will take quiet a few days (maybe weeks) to be done. 
About the houses, if you have a character that has gold, you can pay what you "owe" for the house i believe.

Sorry for the delay. To migrate your old characters to your new account, I will just need a character ID from your old account and a second character ID from your new account.
