Both Hamster and I were kicked out of the server while we were sitting on spectators on a wave 2 of a hard run, after saying we were going to leave the server.
Admins aren't supposed to kick players who are about to leave, no matter if they like them or not, they should act in a neutral way towards every player in the community and give everyone the same treatment.
I'm just reporting this to avoid any further issue on this matter. No rule was broken on our part and no warning text has been written. This is just hating on us for not agreeing on some things in a previous conversation.
No hard feelings.

Your kick was not related to any prior conversion.
When you sit in spec for extended time, chirping to people playing a run, and when asked if you are going to join the game and your response is "no I'm gonna have dinner" it appears that your plan is to AFK in spec rather than leave the server.
This response would have been the same whether your name is Jean Badou or XxProsniperxX.
Ill Leave judgement on whether this was justified to the Head Admin and the Dev team.

we didn't ''sit in spec for extended time'', it wasn't even 5 minutes, since we got kicked during w3. also, our response didn't indicate any intention to afk in spec at all, especially since we clearly weren't afk before then, and the server was far from being filled, so we didn't block anyone from joining either.

Would be a shame to put a single Durendal as a loot history...

I know the rules very well and I was aware we had 3 admins on the server. It would've been pointless and equally stupid for me to stay in spectator on purpose. I was also about to say "good luck" since the run didn't wipe thanks to a successful tome from the last player alive on wave 2, which could've been a wipe in case a wraith spawned. I thought it would've been funnier if it happened.

You were asked about your plans of joining the run and responded with "No [...]" (noone here denied Midrens statement about what was being said).
If you do not plan to join the run, there is no issue with being removed from spec. If you really want to hang out for some time, I suggest a reply such as "I'm about to go to dinner and will just watch 2 more waves before I leave" or something along those lines to let the staff know your intentions.
Thanks for the report anyways, the rules will be more specific in the near future.
