Trade without house

It would be really nice if you can still interact with active trades and view your trade history when you're not part of a house. At the moment if you leave your house the entire Trading tab is disabled. This doesn't really make sense if you still allow active trades with previous houses once you join a house again.

You would still need to be in a house to start a trade, but at least the Trading tab won’t be disabled when not in a house so you can see your trading history and interact with active trades. If you really want to make houses more useful you shouldn’t allow active trades with characters in other houses, but I think that will cause too many sad faces especially when people use it for borrowing items by example.

This suggestion is just a band-aid. The real issues are that trading requires being in the same house, and there is no robust guild ranks and privileges system to invite others and access house crafting.
