Once again, I will say it's not a priority and just disregarding the feature because it hasn't been implemented yet so it can't possibly be applied at a later date is silly. I'm not here arguing that this needs to be implemented right this second I don't have the greed or the care level or entitlement to do so.
It's like I and others maybe even yourself have suggested for many years before 2020 that we should have an item sync in some form yet it happened recently 5 years later.. this mod doesnt move fast man..
Some things just take time and somethings just dont happen whos to say what one this will be. Hmm the devs may not even know with this idea. I will once again clarify as much as I can as clearly as I can for you
This isn't a priority for them or me even or anyone nor do I expected to ever be. It be nice if it happen but it will happen who knows.
To bring this back on main topic
I will remind everyone that I brought up the idea of collectibles etc as a rebuttal. The idea of you need to have an X amount of fraction points to use let's call them "divine items"
That idea doesn't seem like one the Dev team would be for. Kip was known for having a good amount of heroes when he was active in game like many other Devs.
Over the years the heroes have become more evenly balanced in terms of meta to the point I will say the devs have done a good job I don't think I can say there is a bad hero at this point.. just maybe one that's currently fairly obsolete but I'm optimistic about its future.

There are bad ones (Sentry, Ranger, Zweihander, Pavise Champion come to mind); it's just masked by an abundance of best-in-slot gear.

I think this is an interesting discussion. Some heroes might seem weaker without top-tier gear, but does that mean they are bad or just require more effort to play effectively? Zwei, for example, is strong right now because of gear availability, but that doesn’t necessarily mean other classes are unplayable.
As for Warden and CM, I do see the point about ammo. Reducing it in exchange for stronger shots could work, but wouldn’t that just make them even more dependent on high-tier gear to compensate? Maybe the issue isn’t ammo itself but how these classes interact with their intended roles.
Instead of debating whether some heroes are weak, maybe the real discussion should be about how to make them feel more distinct from each other without just relying on specific items.

Until the class realignment, I didn't have any of the aforementioned four classes. Anyway, they're strictly worse than their alternatives at doing what they're supposed to do. That's it. Your inability to predict this very obvious explanation is a critical thinking issue.

This image should be very concerning to you considering the only advantage RG currently has over Zwei is shielding

Not really If anything it makes those classes more accessible at higher dps because the house crafted warden locked arrows maybe do more or the same damage as black arrows for example. The drawback is now you may have an ammo problem comparable to pikeman for example where he actually needs to refill every so often.
200/300 ammo on warden is only utilised basically on cav and those people that just don't refill ammo. If you're doing more damage on cav, you may not even need more ammo as well depending on the ratio of damage/ammo
It's like Repeaterman hero locked bolts should realistically be a thing. I would find it heavily disappointing if they were just the exact same stats as Cm bolts. We have the opportunity to do something actually different here why not do it.
