Please post what equipment you can use and what your skills and weapon proficiencies are with what tier archer you are and I will compile it into a handy list so people can see what they are headed toward as they progress. Pure archers only please. No inf/cav tiers to confuse things.
As a Heavy Longbowman I have the following:
One handed 100
Two handed 80
Polearm 20
Archery 215
Crossbow 100
Throwing 60
Power draw 6
Power throw 4
Power strike 2
Ironflesh 4
Horse archery 1
Riding 1
Athletics 5
Shield 1

I can use:
Longbow

Just hit Heavy Longbowman, and the best armor I can use is Cuir Bouilli (50b, 15l), Khergit Guard Helmet (40h), the normal gauntlets, and Plated Boots (20l). Also have access to Jarids, Heavy Crossbow, and Steel bolts.

In fact you don't want to use plated boots they are not the best...

That's the difference.. money is something that you don't want to spend on nothing.

Yeah, khergit guard has 20 armor also, but I like the look of the plated boots better. I think it matches more with the cuir bouilli, but I haven't purchased it yet (the boots).
