You can forget profession the same as if it were a normal one. MrG coded it that way.

Yeah, it works the same way your normal crafting works. So if you forget a profession you can choose a new one but you start all over with the leveling of it.

Also, just want to point out that each profession will be able to craft a mixture of armours and weapons. It doesn't follow the standard route of weapons OR armours OR support.
