CC_SGT_Cyra respec bug

Dear developers,
somehow, after I respecc'd my character

CC_SGT_Cyra (ID:14534)

I only got 46 class points back although I am level 52 already, so I can't chose a second minor class  :-\

I hope you can solve this problem for me, I can give you more information if needed, here's a screenshot first of all:
