Yep, i have the 0.4.8 downloaded before 1 am and the hot fix too, but this is not working well. I'm downloading the full 0.4.8 then  .

Sometimes going to window mode ( alt + enter ) and back to the game or alt +tab helps game to load again missing/broken meshes.
