House Crafting Open to Captains

I think my title says it all come on its a hassel to try to always have your leader of your house to craft mats for your house i think it should be open to captains

I agree that this would be a nice feature.  They key would be to tie the xp to the house instead of the leader.  I don't think it would really give large houses an unfair advantage any more then the current system does.  The only difference would be convenience.  (Right now, the captains can donate their mats to the leader to get them crafted giving the same xp effect as if they could have crafted the items themselves.)
