• be willing and able to play in a team; as no one wants leechers, double peekers and refill-interrupters
  
• have TS3 installed (and a microphone); yes, on events we speak and listen. TS3 provides the possibilty of both
  
• not be a total noob (you know how NI works); that be quite nice, still everyone started as a noob once
  
• speak English properly; just do, we need to communicate somehow
  
• know how to behave and
  
• not be a scammer, hacker, glitcher or similar. (obviously)
