Oh man. Download HD Tune and check for error sectors and warnings. (Post here screenshot of errors!)  It will control Sectors for pretty long time / Use deep sectors check.
Why did you say that it´s new laptop when you bought only hdd...
Is it new hdd or ?
Can you load other games?

From what you wrote it seems the game cannot read something that is necessary for it to load before it launches. So it gets stack on some file it attempts to read but it can't (missing file, corrupted one,...).
But you also wrote you reinstalled the game and that should solve the problems, still we know it didn't. What reinstall method did you use? Clean installation or restoring from backup? Also, when it gets stack what is the loading phase (textures)?

PS. the laptop should not be a problem, loading up the game should be ok for whatever the hardware is. Should the computer be too weak to play smoothly, this you'd feel when playing, not when loading... Btw, I have a laptop of more or less the same generation (though with additional GPU, not integrated) and the game runs fine.

I wrote new laptop because I did not know the word for hard drive sry guys .. the new hard drive is a : Samsung SSD 850 EVO

Look for these error sectors, try install and run any other game, give us info.

btw: Did you buy it as new ssd or already used?

Your laptop is more then capable of running nord invasion. You have a nvidia 640m LE video card which is way more powerful then the recommended 9600. Have you checked your drivers? If you just replaced your hard drive and reinstalled the operating system, chances are you have some drivers to update which would cause weird issues like this. If you copy and paste "mmc devmgmt.msc" without the quotes into your start > search(or run depending on which OS) and hit enter that will bring up your device manager. If you have anything with a yellow question mark, it needs a driver installed for it. Even if everything looks good you should still go to nvidias website and download the most update to date driver software directly from them.
