Changed minimum level from level 32 to 39.

We have a lot of new members, but we want players from level 39 and up for hard mode events, instead of 32 and up.

Note: if you aren't level 39 then you're still welcome in ON. We won't kick you out for having a too low level if you are already in ON.

I think that I will make for an event for saturday. I have got a lot of questions about the event day change to saturday.

It will be around 19:00 GMT.

I prefer Saturday too, so we can do Offical Event and house event and i vote for Hard Event, but for this we need changes
