The Christmas stuff will be taken away after the new year so there would be no need to add them to the list, just to note: They are lootable by all NPC's I believe.
As for the Rare Weapons, I am not exactly sure where they are looted from, If I was to take a random guess, it would be the higher and more difficult waves.

I could add it under a separate list under the normal crafting stuff and cross it out once it is removed from game.

You can make average crossbows with them. Aside from that, I am not sure.

There is new stuff like charcoal and needles, please add that stuff to the list.
