So i`d like to create a house but it didn`t work. I still have my money and my Faction points but it won`t let me create the house. I already tried it 5 Times.

Make sure of the following:

1) Neither you or your captain is a member of a house.
2) You BOTH have the correct number of faction points.
3) You have enough money.
4) You got the ID numbers correct.
5) That the captain accepted the invitation to form a house.

Let me know if one of these helps. The more information you give us the easier it is to diagnose your issue.
