Headshot EXP bonus

I think it'd be a nice incentive for people to get headshots if they gave a bit of extra experience.

It really is quite easy to get a headshot if you try hard. Also it gives an unfair advantage to ranged weapons I believe because they already need less xp to rank up than melee.

Surely thats like saying you can be a good infantryman if you know how to block well? Archers dont get as many kills as melee because we need 2 shots to kill a unarmored target,3 with alittle cloth,where as a infantryman can often 1 hit kill several bots before archers can even reload.

As the archer troop, yes, but once you get Longbowman you start killing peasents in one hit and sometimes serfs in one hit. Then when you become heavy longbowman you kill pretty much any low level troop in one hit.
