We try to live by:
If you really want something done, do it yourself.
Not meant to be rude in anyway, we just usually have a tonne on our plates in both the NI sense and RL sense.
And we are more than happy to help you if you get stuck, we just can't do it all by ourselves

Also it's a useful life lesson; while patience is a virtue, all the good things in life require hard work and dedication.
Hardest bit is picking the right one when the time comes.
