What about 1 free respec at lvl39 ? Its a looong way to the final class and you dont see any progress for a long time.
For a sniper for axample its not only 120.000 ranged exp you also need about 100.000 additional exp. for the requested 15 skill points.
You cannot upgrade to infantry/ cavalry until you have reached lvl39 without paying the high costs for a respec at the end( if you can afford).
