Odin should have a 100 % drop chance as others stated before me, and the same small chance to drop an old boot and a legendary, it would be fun to see frustrated players loot an old boot from odin when they had the same chance to get an awesome legendary. and we totally need a slot machine on the site as madjosh said, yay for gambling !
