Legendaries and the average green drop.

well the drop rate is too high atm and often the same ppl loot the legendarys.(not only 6 legendaries i got told there were found 9 and maybe some more we dont know in about 1 week)
so a few ppl looted 2, 3 or even more legendaries and all other have to buy them if they want to get some...
