I believe these are the real numbers. If not, the only thing I can think of is that I have the wrong version of NI installed, in which case, I am sorry for the confusion.
I also use that program, but experience (and Ragnash) has told me that the NI servers change some of the stats of the weapons. Some stuff have other stats in the source files and in singleplayer than in NI itself.
So Winter's stats are correct in this case.
