Because you maybe don't know what the mats involved are here they are :
wood of glasir x 30 = 300k
Flemish string = 23k
twisted = 45k
sturdy = 22k
oil = 100k
HMetal = 122k
Handle = 40k
(Even when fluctuating prices of auction hall are used it can still be seen that costs are still 200 - 300k higher than imagined cost.)
Around 600k not 700k but its far from 300k. If it costs 600k to craft it cannot cost 300k to purchase, these are basics of trading. Unless of-course you want to make a massive loss in profit.
