Which one should I buy as sergeant?

- Mail with Surcoat
- Surcoat over Mail
- Cuir Bouilli
- Sarranid Guard Armor


I'm wondering what Difficulty means at armor, since I actually want to buy the Cuir Bouilli, but I'm not sure yet because its 8. Difficulty?
