WTC Chain Links and Construction Tools for Perf. Metal

Hey,
I'd like to craft 3 x Chain Links (9 x Chain) and 5 x Construction Tools (15 x Basic Leather and 5 x Scrap Metal)
When this is done, I need someone to craft the last Perf. Metal I need for the Wall Cade.
Perf. Metal = 5 x Hardened Metal
1 x Sulphur
10 x Heavy Cloth
5 x Construction Tools
3 x Chain Links
3 x Coal
2 x Black Steel
10 x Shade Ore
