an official rule for killing outside exp range? why not just tie our shoelaces together...i can see a number of stupid reports inc

It's not that every kill outside of range is a reportable offense, only when someone or some people think it's a good idea to run away from everyone else, and kill a whole bunch of Nords out of range to get the exp and possible loot for themselves. This has happened in the past and logically is something the devs don't want to see again.
