I had joined the server while waiting to join a CC Public run. I joined and saw them out of the map. I spoke to Winter, Kip, and Yuri. Winter came in and warned him to stop and he did but getting out of the map should not be allowed.

If you find any map glitches like that go and report it instantly on the forums and/or contact the next available admin.
