Ok I have come up with an idea for a house armoury. This idea is to make the trading direct from the owner so there is no "middle man" (House Armoury Account). This basically means in the house spreadsheet (I will link this later) there will be a list of all the items that ON members who are willing to lend out, their character name will be displayed next to the item(s) that they own. You will need to get in contact with these members to get an item and the details can be worked out with them, but if you are having trouble with contacting one of the members that you would like to borrow and item off then you can always ask me and I will try and set something up.
