You can delete profiles.dat (%APPDATA%\Mount&Blade Warband\profiles.dat), tho you'll have to re-add all your character and make new faces etc.
Or if you find a way to edit that file you could manualy remove the servers. (if you find this one out let me know, I need it too
)
